The 2023 Honda HR-V, after seven years of rolling on the same platform, is completely redesigned. That means it's a bit larger in practically every measurement, including for the cabin that's now more expansive than ever. Slight bumps in power for the same engine size, new editions with distinct looks and all kinds of updated Honda tech round out the changes for our smallest SUV in our lineup.
Performance and Technology
The updated 2.0-liter four-cylinder in the 2023 Honda HR-V is now more powerful, earning up to 158 horsepower with 138 pound-feet of torque. With its added dimensions and high riding height, you'll find a new sense of steering and handling as well for this small SUV that also allows for the optional all-wheel drive system.
Offered in three trim levels, the 2023 Honda HR-V is loaded with smart tech features. You'll begin with a 7-inch touchscreen, three USB ports, smartphone integration and more. In the two higher trims, you'll add extra amenities and upgraded audio equipment, wireless smartphone integration and a wireless charging pad.
