I returned 4 days after routine service for an electrical haint ( unable to lock doors, open sliding doors, open windows, or turn off inside lights manually or with key fob). The problem resolved after a 10 mile ride to Virginia but Ken had the technician check the electrical system forthwith. I was on the road again in 30 minutes. The problem has not re-occurred. No appointment and I was seen immediately. Bravo.

I continue to recommend Brown's Honda to all my friends for service and I usually do not recommend a specific place for service. But Brown's always is on time, always does a complete job and if there is a need for extra work always calls explains and even states if the extra work is actually necessary. They complete the work when stated, and even their shuttle to and from the metro is superb.

Working with Mark Shedlock was fantastic. I tried several other Honda dealerships in the area, and most salespeople couldn't even tell me the most rudimentary and relevant details about the vehicles (example - the mpg of a hybrid vehicle). Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the full range of Honda's offerings, and even comparable offerings from their competitors. He is someone who takes his job seriously, and is willing to go the extra mile even after the deal is closed and the ink is dry.

I When Landmark Honda of Alexandria refused to replace the defective airbag of my 2010 CRV on a Saturday because they might loose profit? I contacted Honda of America and they informed me that ALL Honda dealerships are required to perform defective airbag replacements during their normal operating hours, which obviously includes Saturday. The service I have repeatedly received on my leased Honda Accord EX-L V6 by Samuel Zelaya continues to be exceptional. He listens to your concerns, indicates what can be done, explains any costs and gives a very good estimate of the time required. On my last visit I was concerned about some seal deterioration around the sunroof. He ordered the item necessary, scheduled the date for repair and said the company would cover the cost. When I received a pick-up call, my car was washed and vacuumed! So appreciated.

We really liked working with Brian - he was very knowledgable and worked to get us a great price on a new Odyssey. He didn't do a hard sales push, which we appreciated, as we took our time to do some research. And, he was forthcoming with all the info that the dealership had even as far as giving me a copy of their invoice so I could see what they paid for the car. I would recommend this dealership, but ask for Brian - he is a hoot, too, and was really good with my kids.

The experience at Brown's was very satisfying. The salesman, Mr. Sher, was very helpful in laying out the options to meet my needs without being pushy. A important factor was the the trade in value offered for my 2007 Accord, which was considerably more than I had been offered at other, non Honda, dealers. This was the first new car I have purchased in my lifetime. Even though I do not have any previous purchases to use as standards, I was quite pleased with my experience. I was totally impressed by the entire stafff at Brown's, from top to bottom. My sales representative, Peter, was friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
